Leaders of the annual “Fishing for a Cure” ice-fishing fundraiser — Jim Nelson, Duane Smith and Mark Turvey — presented Dr. Joshua Liao, one of the section leaders at The Hormel Institute, with a check for $3,101 to go 100 percent directly toward cancer research.
