The Hormel Institute welcomed sixth-grade students from IJ Holton in Austin on Monday, Oct. 23. The students studied in our labs and played detetctive to determine a potential health threat. Following their time in the labs, the students spent time in our autitorium and checked out some experiments from our scientists.
