The Student Training Experience Program is partnering with University of Minnesota Rochester students, who will intern for up to three consecutive semesters at The Hormel Institute. It is strongly encouraged for interns to participate in this program for a minimum of two semesters, with the third (summer semester being optional). The STEP internships will allow students an opportunity to apply knowledge learned through coursework and gain practical experience within the research field.
